Feel free to signup for the Starter plan. If you out grow it, you will be able to upgrade it via your subscription control panel, available in your administration area. During this early launch phase if you need a bit longer trial period, just ask and we will extend it for you . We welcome any feedback and suggestions you may.

Can I Pay Annually?
All monthly plans will have an option to be updated to an annual pay plan. Please see Terms and Conditions regarding annual plans.
Do you offer discounts?
Please contact us and provide information as to why you would like a discount and we will do what we can to accommodate your organization.
How many users can access system?
Each account type includes a generous number of users. If you need additional user logins, contact us and we will work with you to enable the additional users.
What if you have more than 5,000 contacts?
Contact us if you are a larger organization or have more than 5,000 contacts.
How To Get Started With it?

How can we accept online donations?
DonorFile via 3rd party partnerships, will allow you to accept credit card donations online. We are currently working on this capability. Once enabled, the feature will be available to all users. Note: Additional setup may be required. There are additional per transaction fees associated with accepting credit card donations online.
Are there limits to number of donors or donations?
The limits mentioned in the account levels are guidelines. If you only go over by a small amount, lets say 10% , you wont have any problems. If you dramatically increase, you will see a warning and or receive an email that you will need to upgrade your account plan. See Terms and Conditions for additional information.
